Polish ISACA chapter published a new version of “UODO Survival Kit 2.1”, a comprehensive reference on data privacy regulations in Poland. The document describes various requirements originating from Polish data privacy act (UODO - ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych) and how these are handled by governmental organisation that guards these regulations (GIODO - Główny Inspektor Ochrony Danych Osobowych). It also contains appropriate mappings to COBIT standard.
