Polish certification authority issues Trust-service Status List

Polish qualified signature root, National Certification Center, issued test version of Trust-service Status List (TSL).

The list is available as XML file with syntax defined in ETSI TS 102 231 (v2):

https://www.nccert.pl/tsl/PL_TSL.xml

There's also PDF version with XML structures formatted and colorised for easy reading:

https://www.nccert.pl/tsl/PL_TSL.pdf

What these lists can be used for? In the first point as trusted (signed) source of certificates for Polish qualified certificates tree. Second, as source of information like OIDs, names and information about services provided by specific CAs.

What's missing there? Probably technical information like URI of OCSP responders, CRLs or TSP servers (look at Praktyka podpisu elektronicznego w Polsce). Current practice in Poland is that these informations are hard-coded into applications with hope that they won't change during application's life time.

Please also note that version 3 of 102 231 is available.
